CJD is one of the largest educational and social enterprises in Germany. Your task – meaningful and effective

They accompany grown people with essential disabilities in their own living space. These include people with mental illness, mental disabilities or impairments from the autism spectrum who want to live self-employed or live independently and whose support needs can be met ambulant.

They work person-centred, resource-oriented and targeted on the basis of the integration aid according to SGB IX. Their sphere of activity includes the promoting self-governing life, the building and stabilising social relationships, support in dealing with authorities and institutions, and support in health stabilisation and social participation.

With your work, you make a active contribution to equal participation in life in society and strengthen people in shaping their place self-determined.

Your New Task

They take over the continuous, staff-centric accompaniment of adult people as part of the ambulatory integration aid and design viable, professional support relations.

Your tasks include:

• the survey and the participation in the help planning according to SGB IX
• the development, implementation and evaluation
• the Promotion of an independent life management
• Support in the organisation and management of life-structural requirements
• the Guide in contact with authorities and medical institutions
• the Stabilization in psychosocial crisis situations by expertly informed intervention
• the promoting social skills and the building and maintaining sustainable relationships and Cooperation in the multiprofessional context**

They work responsibility, reflected and method guidance. In doing so, you connect professional relationship design with structured, target-oriented assistance and actively contribute to saving sustainable participation.

Your profile

• Completed study of Social education / Social work or a comparable academic qualification
• Or a completed study of Heilpädagogik
• Funded knowledge in social law, especially SGB IX
• Experience in work with people with mental or cognitive impairment
• Knowledge of educational and/or therapeutic methods**
• Ability to professional relationship
• Critory competency and Elastability
• Self-employed, structured work
• Teamability and reflectivity
• Empathy, Value and a clear professional attitude
• Remarkable is the membership of a Christian church belonging to the working community of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany
