What you do with us: You are strategically and operationally performing the work of your team at the HR competence center. Together with your team, you plan, organize and conduct seminars and workshops (virtual and in presence) for trainees according to national concepts. You develop and control processes and concepts in the area of Learning & Development, analyze key figures and guide suitable quality assurance measures. As a professional leadership, you promote the further development of your employees - HR-referents training - and soar for a positive team climate. You are a contact person for executives, trainers, HR partners and external stakeholders on issues related to training. You sometimes ensure the quality of training by consulting the instructors on site. You take over the leadership of regional projects, support national initiatives and introduce your expertise in supra-regional working groups. You provide transparent communication, provide information for bodies and regularly report to the Competence Center leadership.
