Own-sponsored planning and execution of investment projects Building contractor representation in investment measures Contact for external contractors Audit and Budget Monitoring Participation in construction and risk assessments Creating drafts and drawing up measures, as well as independent implementation or accompanying them Interdisciplinary cooperation in the field of technology and construction

Graduate degree (Dipl.-Ing., Master or Bachelor or comparable degree) preferably in the direction of architecture, alternatively in the direction of civil engineering or project management (m/w/d) Experience in project management, planning, creating tenders, controlling and designing construction measures after the performance phases of HOAI Experience in the handling of large and structural / technically demanding technical measures Takeover of ownership Knowledge and experience in the application of public procurement of services and construction services Safe knowledge of relevant standards, directives, laws At best CAD and/or BIM knowledge Reliability, care, resilience and stress competence
