IT-Consultant (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Consultation of customers in the new implementation of procedures in infrastructure, technical and architectural terms
• Order clarification and technical planning with clients:inside
• Coordination of changes in existing procedures with enhanced architectural change
• Coordination of technical implementation with various areas
• Creation of technical concepts for operation in data centers
• Compliance with the framework conditions, in particular with regard to quality, costs and dates

Your qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of current operating standards and administration in data centers
• Knowledge of applicable safety standards and operating systems used
• Knowledge of roles in servers, databases, web services, terminal services
• Experience with high availability solutions, storage and network
• Knowledge of ITIL and business processes
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
