Release Manager (d/w/m) Munich, Bavaria, Germany; Saarbrücken, Saarland, Germany

As an expert, they ensure the technical provision, care and further development of host releases – including web services, Radia, Bamboo, Liberty and other technologies. They support and advise on the automation of deployments and help to efficiently design central and decentralized deployments. They are responsible for production releases taking into account regulatory requirements, regardless of whether they are emergency, demand or release releases. They accompany the transition from decentralised environments to our new DB2 system and ensure seamless transitions.

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics or vocational training in technical informatics or comparable training/work experience. Self-employed work and a high level of operational and performance readiness. High quality awareness and ideally experience in quality and test management. Good knowledge of REXX and MethodManager as well as extensive knowledge in DB2. Extensive experience in HOST environment and familiarity with ISPF panel, JCL, JCL procedures as well as knowledge about Cobol Compile/Link processes and Unix (USS, Shell). Funded knowledge in build and deploy procedures. The ability to understand complex technical relationships and to develop solutions. A quick understanding as well as strong team skills, coupled with very good analytical skills and pleasure in solving complex tasks.
