Type of employment: Limited Working time: Full time Place of work: Frankfurt am Main Analysis and evaluation of purchasing processes, supplier base and contract landscape of the acquired company. Control of all acquisition-relevant integration activities in the context of the Post Merger Integration (PMI) process. Development and implementation of a comprehensive integration strategy for purchasing, coordinated with the overall PMI strategy. Identification of synergies and optimization potentials in purchasing (e.g. pooling of needs, harmonisation of supplier contracts, standardization of processes). Negotiating new supplier contracts and adapting existing contracts. Management of stakeholders in purchasing, both internally and externally (e.g. suppliers, internal departments). Ensuring smooth transfer of the purchasing processes and systems to the Bosch organization. Close cooperation with the PMI teams of other areas (e.g. IT, HR, Finance). Reporting to the PMI management team and the purchasing manager.

Education: Successfully completed studies in the field of economic engineering, business management or comparable qualification. Qualification: Impressed analytical and conceptual skills and a structured and result-oriented way of working. Safe handling of MS Office and SAP. Know-How: flowing German and English knowledge in word and writing. Personality: Strong communication skills and enforcement ability.
