We are looking for a dedicated Servicecontroller (m/w/d) focusing on PowerBI/Reporting in Leipzig to strengthen our team. In this position, you are responsible for the comprehensive analysis of the services we provide as an IT service provider to our customers. With your expertise in PowerBI, you contribute to gain data-based insights and continuously improve the efficiency of our IT services. Your new task:

• Support and further development of existing reporting: You will expand the evaluation and reporting area in the Service Controlling. To do this, you develop analysis tools for reporting, assess and control the quality of the data stocks and analyzes existing data volumes and complex data structures with the aim of creating data models and reports in Microsoft PowerBI.
• Controlling reporting: You optimise existing reporting structures and build new reporting structures with the inclusion of relevant interfaces. To do this, you define and analyze KPIs for control and optimization.
• Data management and analysis: You develop and optimize data models and start detailed evaluations. Reporting: You'll create reports for management and provide relevant analyses for the departments. In addition, you support budget managers with sound reports.
• Process optimization: You analyze, optimize and expand existing controlling processes and reporting processes and develop automated reporting tools to increase efficiency.
• Working in the service bill: You work with the internal accounting of all services and associated reporting. This includes both auditing and accounting of invoices and internal costs and the collection and quality assurance of document and operational data.
• Continuing Service Controlling: You participate in the continuous improvement of billing processes and identification of efficiency potentials.

You bring that with:

• Complete studies in the field of business informatics, economics, a similar course of study or completed training in one of the areas mentioned.
• Multiannual professional experience in the Modeling of data and dashboards, ideally in the IT environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, DAX formulas, Advanced Pivot, PowerQuery and PowerBI.
• High numerical affinity and understanding of commercial processes and complex data-related relationships.
• Embossed team and communication skills as well as a structured and precise operation.
• German- (at least C1) and good English skills.
