Commercial Contract Manager (m/f/d)

You make sure that commercial contracts are set up correctly and economically clean, keeps in mind numbers, deadlines and next steps and ensure that topics continue consistently. In short, We are looking for a high level of communication creator (m/w/d), who brings accuracy and number affinity, takes responsibility and wants to help shape processes and develop them using modern tools and AI.

Contract Management & Interfaces Creation, testing and further development of commercial contractual templates in cooperation with Sales and Legal Careful check of formulations, conditions and numbers Leadership and support in contract negotiations Proactive maintenance and independent driving of open themes

Numbers & Reporting Processing and analysis of contract and budget data Creation and development of reports and evaluations Ensuring correct integration of contract data into budget planning Processes & Development Identification of optimization and automation potentials Development of processes, tools and tracking Efficient design of our workflows using modern technologies and AI Participation in projects, audits and ad hoc requests

Completed studies, ideally in the field of economic law, economics, finance or comparable qualifications Professional experience in commercial contract management, sales support, sales controlling or a comparable environment Very accurate, structured and analytical method with pronounced number affinity and a good eye for details Communication strength and feel in dealing with different stakeholders Hands-on-Mentality: You won't wait, but you'll take the next steps and keep themes up to date Joy in process and project management and the further development of processes Safe handling of MS Office Interest in digitization, automation and AI Very good German and good English skills
