As a team leader resilience and information security officer (ISB), you take a key role in managing ICT risks within the 2nd-line. It awaits an exciting, varied and dynamic environment with numerous internal and external interfaces.

Leadership and further development of an interdisciplinary team for information security management, business continuity management and data protection, taking over the functions of ICT control function and the information security officer as well as perspective of central outsourcing management (further) development and implementation of a comprehensive resilience strategy addressing economic, technological, regulatory and operational risks Ensuring structured identification, analysis, evaluation and treatment of ICT and cyber risks and continuous improvement of risk management methodology Ensuring compliance and increasing awareness of regulatory requirements in the field of information and communication technology and resilience management within the overall bank Head of a central resilience committee for regular review of resilience and risk measures, central KPIs/KRIs and transparent reporting to the management body

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics with a focus on finance and/or deepening in the field of risk management, (economic) informatics or comparable training Multiannual experience in risk management, information security, business continuity (BCM) or corporate resilience in a financial service provider ideally in a leadership position; Experience in the role of a CISO is desirable Knowledge of regulatory requirements (DORA, MaRisk, BAIT) and information and ICT risk management Excellent leadership qualities and experience in managing interdisciplinary teams Experience in the development and implementation of crisis and resilience strategies Excellent communication and presentation skills for communicating complex content at all levels of the company
