You place value on a varied day filled with always different topics from our disciplines? You can quickly work into new topics and have an interest in HR processes? Then you are right with us! Our team in the field of ''HR Operations' currently consists of nine HR agents and two team leaders working together in a double pack. We work as a team, appreciate short paths and a fast, uncomplicated exchange of information. Create our work and gain insights into the exciting topics and the working day in the staff area as part of your internship. We look forward to your application! These challenges include: Support for regional and location-specific HR topics Support for local works council topics on all issues of HR Operations clarification of overarching HR topics with all relevant HR stakeholders Participation in personal questions for executives, employees and applicants Creation of documents, presentations, evaluations and statistics Participation in HR projects Insight into topics such as remuneration, works council work, business agreements and organisational changes The activity can begin from August 2026. A later entry is possible.

Degree in Economics (probably related to Human Resources Management) or comparable degree programme First practical contact points in the personnel area are desirable Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Commitment and team skills Analytical thinking and strategic working
