The department assists the department in a targeted manner with all administrative, organisational and coordinating tasks in order to ensure a smooth operation and the efficient achievement of the departmental objectives. It contributes significantly to a structured, transparent and efficient working environment. Operational support for ongoing and new projects Processing and control of cross-team queries Coordination and implementation of key tasks and topics within the department independent processing and follow-up of administrative processes Support for management in organisational and project-related activities Participation in the optimization of internal processes and processes

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Experience in assistance or project environment is desirable Organizational talent, commitment and independent working Safe application of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Communication and team skills as well as reliability, discretion and flexibility
