In this function, you monitor and control the processes from picking, incoming goods and forklifting to loading in an assigned team. Please report directly to the layer line. In coordination with the shift management, you coordinate daily staffing and ensure a smooth operation. The control of optimal processes by ensuring the availability of work equipment (FFZ, MDE) and retrieval organization to avoid downtime and idle times in the area of responsibility is your task. You identify possible work obstacles and take over the technical documentation and communication of process deviations within the framework of fault process and cost management. To do this, support the layer line in the implementation of a continuous improvement process. You are responsible for the implementation and control of compliance with work safety measures and the order and cleanliness in the warehouse. Furthermore, monitor and correct the proper handling of employees with the used technical resources. As part of your activity, you work with your team operatively.

You have completed vocational training as a specialist warehouse (m/w/d) or as a specialist (m/w/d) for warehouse logistics or have several years of professional experience in the warehouse. You have first leadership experience in the logistics sector. You have a driving licence for industrial trucks and corresponding driving practice. The willingness to work in a weekly change will bring you with you. Motivation, teamwork and a solution-oriented way of working with a high self-initiative.
