Number: MER00045RM Monotony is nothing for you? Are you looking for exciting tasks, diverse projects and want to get to know the work in the internal management consultancy? Then an internship with us, the expert for the Mercedes-Benz production system, is just right for you! For 5 to 6 months, you take the role of an “internal consultant” and as a full-fledged team member of one of our cross-departmental project teams on site in Sindelfingen. As a leading know-how provider for Lean Management, we advise production in various trades (press, raw construction, surface, assembly, logistics) as well as production-related and administrative areas. Using state-of-the-art digital solutions, you can also shape the automotive transformation. In addition to challenging, exciting Lean projects, you will have the opportunity to gain insights into the management coaching program at Inhouse Consulting and to participate in an international programme for the further development of continuous improvement.

These challenges include: During your time at Mercedes-Benz, you learn optimization methods including the evaluation of optimization potentials and actively apply them to projects On the basis of on-site analyses, you work out recommendations for action and advises our internal customers about lean production and management processes Your talent, your opinion and your commitment are in demand from the first day when you work together with our internal customers on the consistent and sustainable implementation of concepts The activity can begin from December 2026.

Degree course in the field of economics or a technical field, such as economic engineering, mechanical engineering, business management or economic psychology

Very good studies

Significant interest in production and change processes

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Very good MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint

Embossed feel for visually appealing design in the responsible creation of decision templates for top management
