Complete studies (e.g. civil engineering, business management, economic engineering) or a comparable qualification Experience in the precast concrete, construction or industrial project business Funded knowledge in costing, offering, VOB and contracting Impressed leadership and communication skills Entrepreneurial thinking and high outcome orientation Structured working with a view to numbers and processes Customer orientation, negotiation skills and sovereign appearance Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel, and knowledge in Betsy are advantageous Joy in developing a team and actively shaping processes
