Head of Department Building Planning (m/f/d)

Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team Building Planning in the North branch Cross-project and cross-border coordination, control and quality assurance of own and external planning services for the planning of engineering structures Application of innovative award procedures and the development of templates/muster invitations and knowledge management at the Nord branch Responsibility for cost and time management, coordination of external services, financial needs planning and coordination with relevant authorities and stakeholders, in particular in bridge modernisation Coordination with external partners, conclusion of agreements and representation of projects to the outside.

Master/Dipl.-Ing. Univ. in civil engineering, construction project management, industrial engineering or similar or equivalent suitability acquired by professional experience Multiannual experience in project-related professional management tasks Multiannual experience in central performance phases of the planning of complex construction projects and in project management Knowledge of relevant technical regulations and legal bases (e.g. RAA, ZTV ING, VgV, HOAI) Experience in dealing with administrative authorities such as state council offices, cities, municipalities and other promoters Very good German knowledge in word and writing (at least level C1 according to GER/CEFR) Class B driving licence and the readiness to operate a service vehicle

That would be desirable: Experience in the award of works with functional tenders Software knowledge of iTWO and MaVIS Experience with BIM software solutions
