Your role Development and management of the cross-company transformation project for the Sales & Operations Planning Process (S&OP) towards a standardized, SAP-based process

Developing strategies to change planning processes

Project management within the shared production unit to implement these strategies, i.e. in particular project planning, stakeholder management as well as outcome reviews and professional leadership across multiple organisational levels and locations

Create User Stories, Fit/Gap Analyses and Organisation of System Tests Before Introduction

Establishing standards and creating/reviewing training documents for end users

Process management, coordination, moderation and maintenance of Hoshin Kanri with management

Successfully completed studies in business informatics or comparable academic training

Insufficient professional experience in the production planning of large companies in the field of optics/machine construction, ideally with workshop manufacturing principle

Very good knowledge of SAP Integrated Business Planning

SAP ERP production planning and control

Embossed project management experience in matrix-organized group structures with international production sites

Presentation and moderation capabilities at senior management levels

Enforced personality combined with the ability to translate into different perspectives and take these into account in the solution finding
