Participation in IT projects and independent support in project-related tasks Installation and administration of IT end devices (PC, NB, NC) in a central Windows/Citrix environment under Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022 Supporting VMware-based server systems and implementing IT security concepts Provision and support of clinically specific and scientific applications as well as advice from customers on IT topics User support, Troubleshooting and troubleshooting (1st and 2nd level support) by phone, remote maintenance and on site Administration of user accounts in our identity management system

Completion of vocational training in the field of computer science, training as a specialist informatics or a comparable degree with several years of experience Confidence with the common server and client operating systems as well as administration of IT end devices in an Active Directory environment Long-standing operational experience in customer-oriented desktop support Process-oriented, analytical thinking, customer-oriented action and structured working ITIL knowledge and willingness to continue training Team players as well as high social competence in dealing with customers and colleagues Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C2 lt. European reference framework)
