• Recruiting & Applicant Management – You write jobs, conduct interviews and find the people who fit our customers.
• Active Sourcing & Recruiting Continue thinking – You are actively searching for talent through job exchanges and business platforms – and develop our recruiting strategy to reach new target groups.
• Administration & Contract Management – You create employment contracts, advise employee files and ensure that all tariff and legal requirements are complied with.
• Employee Care & Communication – You are a contact person for questions and concerns – with an open ear and empathy.
• Development & Administration – You take care of time recording as well as preparatory wage billing, set up invoices and keeps the processes clean and efficient.

• Training or experience as a Personal Service Provider, Personnel Disponent, Personnel Officer or a comparable commercial position
• Ideally experience in Personnel Services or Employer Transfer
• Communication strength, service orientation and a empathic-open type
• Self-employed and structured working with a view to the essentials
• Secure handling of MS Office and a quick opinion
• A heart for our industry and fun at work with people – internally and externally!
• Nice to have: Knowledge in health and care
