What you'll do Strong understanding of talent management processes and best practices Experience with Workday Talent modules Knowledge of Skills-based HR approaches and frameworks Ability to translate strategy into scalable system solutions Strong stakeholder management across global environments Structured and concept-driven thinking combined with strength execution What makes you a good fit Bachelor/Master degree in computer science, information security, or a related field 5+ years of relevant experience in large-scale HCM implementations (e.g., data cleansing, mapping, migration, validation) with a strong focus on data quality and risk mitigation Strong understanding of Core HR data structures, governance, and lifecycle across countries Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with cross-functional teams to resolve security challenges Problem-Solver & Communicator Fluent English skills
