Central interface between management, central functions (e.g. finance, IT, HR) and international subsidiaries as well as ensuring a smooth flow of information and coordination Sparring partners of management and international management with active contribution to control, decision and strategy processes Responsibility for the organisation, moderation and structured follow-up of international management meetings including derivation of concrete measures Creating sound decision bases such as analyses, recommendations for action and management tools to support management Expansion and control of group-wide reporting and coordination of annual accounts and company-wide consolidation Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, harmonisation and standardisation of processes/systems and independent management of international projects

Successfully completed studies in business, finance, economic law or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in international controlling (e.g. in equity controlling, corporate finance, accounting, audit) or in a comparable interface function Experience in the holistic networking of international subsidiaries with the motherhouse over all functional areas (Finance, HR, IT, Operations etc.) Very good understanding of internal and external reporting as well as knowledge in intercompany structures, transfer pricing topics and international tax issues Practice in the standardization of processes and systems as well as in the construction of clear reporting and control structures, experience in international project management Very good English skills in word and writing
