October 2026 In an 18-month trainee program, we prepare you as a potential provider:in an individual, targeted and professional way to your future activity. From the first day on you are a full-fledged team member. You assume successive responsibility for selected topics in commercial real estate financing, such as risk and object analysis (rating, evaluation due diligence reports, cash flow modeling, etc.). You are structuring and engaged in commercial real estate financing in the context of the new acquisition and in holding engagements in close cooperation with the Relationship Manager. From the costing of pricing to participation in the creation of decision templates and contract and security documentation, real estate financing does not resemble one day to the other. You will keep relevant real estate markets in mind, analyze developments and guide opportunities and risks for our customers. In cross-departmental and cross-departmental projects, your active cooperation is required. At the same time, you say that your knowledge flows into the organization of LBBW and thus contributes to the further development of our house.

A completed master's degree with a focus on corporate financing or real estate management and a high affinity for the commercial real estate market form the basis for your entry. You bring experience in real estate financing through internships or working student activities. In our selection process you convince with a successfully completed cognitive performance test. With your secure communication in German (mind. C2) and English (mind. C1) and intercultural competence, you score in international business partners. You have a high affinity for the commercial real estate market, always keeps the focus on our customers and are service-oriented. Through your collaborative and negotiation skills as well as creative cross-thinking and your strong will of performance, you will be drawing.
