successfully completed (specialized)higher education in economics, law, economic engineering, business informatics, real estate or comparable first experience in the professional and/or disciplinary leadership of employees and knowledge in project management desirable readiness for flexible inclusion of interdisciplinary special topics in cross-border protection as well as a marked ability to change and innovation safe occurrence and pronounced social competence in combination with high enforcement capacity and high self-responsibility Solution orientation and competitiveness good analytical and conceptual skills and affinity on topics of digitalization
