Processing of basic and individual questions in labour and service law Legal advice of the Churches as well as of institutions, services and works of the EKD Representation in work and administrative proceedings Conception and implementation of information and training events Negotiations with internal and external bodies, e.g. social security institutions Management of the EKD Labour Law Commission (ARK). The ARK shall design and decide on the right of employment of the employees of the EKD and their institutions and works. Participation in work and service law
