Projektmanager (m/w/d) Reference number: 393763 Support of the object management in the planning and execution of technical projects Coordination and monitoring of projects in compliance with agreed dates and quality standards Creation of offers, calculations and material orders Control and coordination with subcontractors and external service providers Participation in maintenance and repair measures Creation and maintenance of maintenance logs and regular database maintenance Documentation and processing of faults via the ticket system (including triggering of repair orders, tracking and feedback) First contact for technical inquiries Your location is in our office in Dresden.

Ideally: Complete training in a technical or commercial profession, e.g. industrial businessman, businessman for office management, real estate businessman, electronics engineer, industrial mechanic, etc. Secure MS Office Knowledge (Excel), ideally also CAFM and SAP Basic technical understanding and willingness to learn and initiative Organisational skills, service orientation and prioritisation Experience in facility management, service area or technical building equipment of advantage Customer orientation and project responsibility Time management and organisational capabilities
