Professional and disciplinary leadership of the object team as well as control of a demand-oriented deployment planning Ensuring high-quality and contractual performance in the object Support and advice of our customers as a central contact person for the technical building management Ensuring safe, economical and trouble-free operation of complex technical installations

Technical training e.g. as an electronic / energy plant electronics / electrical installer / plant mechanics heating air conditioning Continuing training on the technician/master or alternatively a completed study in the field of engineering with focus on facility management / technical building equipment / utility technology or electrical engineering Ideally with multi-year professional experience in a similar function Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and Planon Driving licence Class B and German knowledge at least Level C1
