Your perspectives - Our tasks

• Accompaniment of our children in the individual day of kita along our open pedagogy of mindfulness. Their work is fully oriented towards the needs of the children.
• They promote/support the development and development of children's personality through work in specialized functional spaces and thus ensure a high participation.

Your skills - Our expectations

• A completed training as educators, social pedagogical assistants, nurses or a comparable degree is absolutely necessary. We are also looking forward to professional beginners!
• A focus in one of the seven educational areas of Hamburg's educational recommendations is desirable, but we do not require it. With us you can unfold freely in your chosen area.
• Openness, willingness to learn and teamwork as well as knowledge, experiences or interest in the field of open pedagogy of mindfulness complete your profile.
• Flexibility and readiness for early and late service (between 6:00 and 18:00)
