Procurement Expert Governance (LkSG-Manager) (m/f/d)

The focus of your activities is on the implementation of the Supply Chain Care Folding Set-zes (LkSG). You are responsible for the implementation and compliance of the LkSG care obligations within the Procurement area. You carry out risk analyses of suppliers, identify the need for action and implement measures to avoid risks. The organisation and evaluation of prevention and remedy measures to comply with the LkSG as well as internal requirements for the LkSG are done. LkSG Risk Management Tool Host and Key User You shall ensure continuous documentation and assist in the preparation of the annual BAFA report. You are responsible for organizing and carrying out training. You support the Procurement area through your advice on sustainability-relevant questions. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with sustainability-relevant key figures. You work closely with the sustainability field and implement further legislation such as the EUDR in the area of procurement.

You have a degree in law or a comparable degree course, such as economic law or BWL. With professional experience in the described area of responsibility, you convince us. You are safe in handling MS Office products. Your environment will convince you with a high self-initiative and team capacity. You are characterized by a pronounced consulting and implementation competence and enforcement capacity combined with diplomatic skill. Your communication strength as well as quick understanding for complex issues are yours. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
