Your tasks:

• Creating feasibility studies and design concepts taking into account function, production capability, material selection, cost and variety of parts, and developing viable solutions
• Package responsibility for the components of the stern, the underbody and the chassis components, taking into account the specified minimum distances as well as the execution of package and installation tests in the CAD download, taking into account function, minimum distances, crash, assembly order, service and legal requirements
• Checking and safeguarding the interactions between the different design groups and individual components from the compartments in the overall installation space
• Working with the model protection phase in the entire vehicle, creating specifications for design and specialist departments

Your profile:

• Complete study of mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering or comparable training
• Found professional experience and very good knowledge in the field of chassis/rear/underbody packaging or Total vehicle required
• knowledge in the field of ergonomics, human-machine interaction or electronics
• Excellent CAD skills, preferably Siemens NX and Engineering Client/Smaragd
• Very good German and English skills
