The Evangelische Regionalverband Frankfurt and Offenbach (ERV) unites the Protestant parishes as well as the Evangelische Stadtdekanat Frankfurt and Offenbach. The Human Resources Service area is a central point of contact for all questions relating to pay billing, deals with tax and social insurance issues and manages a wide range of employer supplementary services. These include, among other things, the Auxiliary Fund, the Evangelical Supplementary Pension Fund and our family, mobility and health budget. A central focus is on the digitization and further development of our IT-based processes to ensure efficient and future-proof management.

Management and maintenance of the user data of our pay accounting systems KIDICAP and Personal Office, as well as in the time management system ZEUS First-level support for users in the three systems You advise professionals and managers on working time policies, laws and business agreements Compilation of statistics and evaluations throughout the staff sector Book the salaries of employees and ensure the correct deduction of wage tax and social security contributions Voting wage accounts and monitoring of cash flow in wage accounting
