Construction Manager Building Construction (m/f/d)

We're looking for backup! To support our team in Dresden, we are looking for an experienced building manager (m/w/d) in full time. Who we are With headquarters in Munich and a subsidiary in Dresden, we have been developing exciting construction projects since 2012. Our focus is on the planning and realization of multi-family houses, housing facilities with condominiums as well as commercial city center projects, including office complexes in best locations – up to turnkey handover.

Your duties ✔ Participation in and logging of construction and coordination meetings ✔ Conduct and control of the entire construction process ✔ Responsibility for construction planning, craftsman disposition, construction site equipment, construction billing and post-calculation ✔ Timely examination and recording of all input and output invoices as well as measurement checks ✔ Project-related appointment control and coordination ✔ Quality control of all services at the construction site ✔Sic production of compliance with work safety, order and quality standards at the construction site

Your profile ✔ Ideally resident in Dresden or the surrounding area ✔ Successfully completed technical training or studies ✔ Multiannual professional experience in construction management (at least 4 years) ✔ Knowledge of VOB and HOAI ✔ Diplomatic sensitivity and structured working ✔ High loadability and enforcement capability ✔ Very good user knowledge of MS Office ✔ Very good German knowledge of word and writing ✔ Ready for project-related travel (guide certificate required)
