Together with your team, you will address our customer base and ensure that customer data is carefully collected and maintained. You accept customer requests, process complaints and keep the satisfaction of our customers in mind - service-oriented and solution-focused. You have a good sense of how to inspire our customers with suitable offers from our range of services. You work independently, but never alone: In close coordination with the customer service providers in the indoor and outdoor services, as well as the production and fleet interfaces, your work together ensures smooth processes. If necessary, you will also receive customer visits – supported by your team, which will help you with experience and know-how.

You have a completed training (e.g. hotel merchants, industrial merchants, merchants in dialogue marketing) and/or professional experience in the commercial field in the interior service. You desire binding and solution-oriented and know what it is about in dialogue with customers. You are safe, professional and professional. You are open to new things and have real pleasure in meeting challenges with colleagues and celebrating successes. You are safe in handling MS Office.
