Project Manager / Civil Engineer Modernization - Bochum (m/f/d)

Management and monitoring of projects in the areas of building modernisation, attic construction and upgrading in the inhabited stock with the aim of maintaining the project budget, quality and construction times and completion dates Coordination of the subcontractors involved in the construction and communication and coordination of internal and external specialist planners and departments Implementation of construction meetings and acceptances, preparation of awards and the follow-up of defect elimination and follow-up management SAP project management: management and processing of projects within the SAP system, including maintenance of project data Retrieve and maintain releases: to collect all necessary releases for projects and their follow-up to ensure that no delays in the project are created. Creation of forecasts for the projects to keep the financial and operational requirements in mind and identify possible deviations at an early stage Project preparation: Creation of project calculations with the internal tools provided clarification of legal cases: support for legal issues or problems arising in connection with the projects, in close cooperation with the internal legal department

Complete study of architecture / civil engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in project management as project manager desirable Ideally immobile or constructional background Very good knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel Secure handling in the application systems SAP/RE (SAP/ ERP) Affinity for numbers and understanding of technical relationships Self-employed, systematic and result-oriented work Embossed communication capability (verbal and in writing)
