As part of the further growth, we are looking for an internationally experienced Business Development Manager (m/w/d) for the USA/Mexico/Canada region with the aim of developing this region strategically and successfully establishing it.

Creation and further development of market analysis as well as design of market entry scenarios for USA, Mexico and Canada Definition and implementation of the regional strategy and preparation of appropriate action plans Selection, construction and sustainable support of distributors Construction, maintenance and continuous development of OEM end customers Organisation, coordination and active participation in trade fairs and relevant events

Degree in economics or comparable training Methodological competence in designing and building a multi-stage regional sales strategy Multiannual professional experience in supporting international trade structures for industry, ideally in the North America region German and English language skills Very high travel readiness (approx. 50% travel share)
