Conducting market analyses and identifying potential suppliers Negotiation of prices, delivery conditions and contracts with suppliers Implementation of product group or service strategies to optimize procurement costs Creation of reports and analyses on data-based support for purchasing decisions Participation in varied project tasks in the shopping area Coordination with adjacent specialist departments to ensure an efficient purchasing process

Successfully completed commercial training as an industrial businessman (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), office businessman (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), or successfully completed studies in the field of business management, economic engineering or a comparable qualification First professional experience as a buyer (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), buyer (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), material disponent (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or in a similar area Negotiating skills and enforcement skills as well as cost awareness Good understanding of technical relationships and analytical thinking Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
