For our site in Dassow we are looking for: Head of Finance & Controlling (m/w/d)

Head of Controlling and Accounting Leadership of employees and ensuring associated processes, systems and structures Responsibility of the business interests of the company in close coordination with the management Participation in corporate management and management Creation of KPIs and reports for management incl. Plan, actual, forecast and previous year comparisons Ensuring and working up monthly results and compiling/ compiling reports (e.g. costing courses), plausibility of results Identification and leadership of strategic improvement projects in the commercial sector Participation in other strategic improvement projects Planning and creation of budget structures and annual budgets in close coordination with the management and departments Creation and processing of individual KPI key figures for weekly and monthly reports Implementation of calculations, analyses for management and departments incl. Production cost calculations, post-evaluations, FAUF orders

Mind. 5 – 10 years of professional experience in controlling and accounting, desirable in manufacturing Experience in team leadership and ideally strategic management A completed economic study, ideally with a focus on finance/controlling desirable Very good knowledge of ERP systems – ideally SAP (FI / CO / BI) Excellent Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
