Advising doctors and patients in billing questions according to the regulations for doctors (GOÄ) Self-manufacturing and management of operations after appropriate processing and preparation to work into a new GOÄ Examination of invoices in case of complaints and correspondence with doctors and patients Intermediation between the parties involved in the process to resolve billing disputes

Successful medical or legal professional qualification or Training in a comparable profession Practical experience in health and in responsible and qualified subjects Knowledge of medical services according to the GOA Communication and team skills, careful and reliable working methods and the ability to work in complex ways Insufficient MS Office knowledge and non-internal oral and written expressiveness
