Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the Commercial Support Team Control, prioritization and continuous optimization of all processes in tender and tender management Overall responsibility for the quality, completeness and timeliness of all sales support documents and tenders Central coordination of all relevant interfaces (Controlling, Legal, HR, Solution, Operations, etc.) Strategic development of the area including efficient, scalable structures and take over the escalation function in complex topics Responsibility for tools, content and standards as well as operational support of the team and cross-departmental control

Completed commercial training or studies (e.g. BWL, security management) as well as relevant professional experience in the commercial/sales support environment Very good MS Office knowledge (in particular PowerPoint & Excel) as well as fluent English knowledge in word and font Representative leadership, communication and stakeholder management competence Strong strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and high self-initiative and decision-making Impressed organisational, prioritization and resource management capabilities with high quality and deadline focus Structured, solution-oriented operation with high service orientation, team capacity and implementation strength
