Research into current market, product and technology topics (e.g. leasing market, digital business models, new suppliers or solutions) as well as target group-oriented preparation of results Support in product management, in particular in the insurance product area, for example by maintaining product descriptions and the structured and comprehensible processing of information for the internal exchange of knowledge Working on strategy and implementation projects, including status tracking, documentation and preparation of meetings, workshops and presentations Support for digital innovation topics and AI projects, e.g. in the reception of requirements from the fields of expertise, cooperation on solutions (e.g. AI tools, agents, automations) and in the preparation of user tips, project results or guidelines for internal communication Close cooperation with colleagues from Product Management & Business Development, IT, Sales, Law and other departments

You are animated:r Student:in economics, business informatics, economic engineering or a comparable degree course You are interested in leasing, digital business models, digital innovation and topics such as AI, automation and process improvement You work structured and carefully and have the pleasure of making information understandable You are safe in handling MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel Ideally, you have first touch points or personal interest in topics such as AI tools, agents, automations (e.g. power machines, n8n or comparable solutions) – but this is not a must You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing You like working in the team, bringing your own initiative and enjoy working on new topics The weekly working time is at least 15 hours and a maximum of 20 hours during the semester. In the lecture-free periods there is also the possibility to increase the hours to a full-time job (39 hours). We are interested in long-term cooperation, so a period of at least two semesters would be ideal.
