To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a dedicated Guest Service Agent / Allrounder (m/w/d) in the Service & Reception area, which supports flexible and with heart blood in the areas of breakfast service, reception and conference service.

Type of employment: Full time, part time

Your tasks Reception: Check-in and check-out of our international guests Competent answering questions, concerns and complaints Processing of reservations and requests (telephone and written) Creation of guest bills and execution of cash bills Service: Service in the breakfast area & Guest accommodation Pre- and post-processing of the event rooms Support in the kitchen during preparation and preparation Cooperation with the responsible departments for the smooth implementation

ideally completed training in the hotel industry and/or first experience at the reception Team spirit and joy in working with guests and colleagues:in different nationalities You are self-confident and keeps a cool head even in stress Organizational and independent and flexible working Very good knowledge of German and English - every other language is of advantage
