General responsibility for the professional training and care of our trainees Ensuring training-related learning content Organisation and implementation of internal teaching and exam preparation Control of the application and selection process for the training professions Electronics for Business Engineering and Electronics for Energy and Building Technology Coordination of training with vocational schools, chambers and training centres Organisation and support of school cooperation, training fairs and training projects Further development of industrial training and promotion of our junior staff
