Coordination and control of complex voice/VoIP service orders including order testing, change management and escalation processing Planning, configuration and optimization of telecommunications and network infrastructures (VoIP, LAN, signal paths, cable network) Analysis, clarification and solution development for demanding technical issues in cooperation with internal specialist areas and customers Compilation of documentation, reports, needs analyses and technical coordination with clients and stakeholders Participation in process optimization, technical projects and the development of new technical concepts, profiles and templates

Complete vocational training, a study or a comparable qualification with reference to the area of responsibility Funded knowledge in the area of telecommunications, VoIP, network technology and the planning and implementation of technical infrastructures Experience in change, incident and escalation management as well as in the processing of comprehensive technical service processes Analytical, structured functioning and distinct ability to clarify complex technical issues High communication and coordination capability as well as safe occurrence to customers, clients and internal departments
