Your core tasks include monitoring and ensuring compliance with processes and optimizing workflows. They function as a link between the operative Shoopflor and the layer conductor. In addition, you agree closely with the shift managers and thus ensure a smooth flow of information of the workflows. They have the relevant key figures in mind and ensure that performance and quality standards are complied with. They ensure compliance with the occupational safety guidelines and participate in internal control communications.

They bring relevant experience in the automotive sector. In any case, you are ready to work in 3-shift operation. They are technically versed, go routined with MS Excel and have a basic understanding for warehouse management systems. In addition, you go independently and with clear hands-on mentality to works and points with a high motivation. We expect constant commitment, flexibility, independent work, team skills and very good German and good English knowledge in word and writing.
