The Jobcenter Landkreis Konstanz is the joint organisation of the two institutions of the Landratsamt Konstanz and the Federal Agency for Labour Konstanz-Ravensburg for the implementation of the Social Code II in the county. We are looking for a specialist (w/m/d) for the opposition office at the next possible time. The place is permanent until 2 June 2026.

They deal independently with contradictions in matters in accordance with the Social Code II and issue objections. They conduct judicial correspondence and take the appointments independently before the courts of social justice. They work closely with colleagues in the operational areas within the job centre and are also consultative in the sense of a uniform legal application.

Completed degree to the lawyer/to the lawyer, to the graduate administrator/to the graduate administrator (FH) or Bachelor of Arts Public Management or a comparable qualification. Insufficient professional experience in the fields of social law and procedural law as well as in process management – in particular well-founded knowledge of the relevant legislation in the Social Code II, in the Law on Social Law and in the Law on Process Law. Safe handling of current MS Office applications. Your strengths include self-initiative, communication skills and negotiation skills. They are characterized by an independent, structured and careful operation.
