Your tasks:

Your responsibility

• Planning, planning and calculation of medium and large construction projects
• Control and monitoring of individual process steps during planning or Construction phases
• Development of technical requirements with the customer and the conceptual requirements for the project team on the scope of performance
• Contact:in for various stakeholders such as contractors:inside, authorities, architects involved in the construction:inside
• Coordination of suppliers and internal construction departments
• Ensuring the achievement of future, economic and contractual project objectives
• Acquisition of construction management functions and acceptance of individual construction works

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Successfully completed studies of civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification from crafts
• Professional experience and sound knowledge in the planning and execution of construction projects
• Foundation knowledge of contract and award law (HOAI, VOB) as well as applicable standards, guidelines and regulations
• Ready to travel Region South
• Responsible work in the interest of the project team as well as communication strength, team competence
• German language skills
