Civil engineer, architect or construction technician as project manager for turnkey building construction (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the smooth handling of the construction projects you are looking for in turn-key modular construction (steel and steel-wood hybrid) and provide competent communication with the customer for construction projects in the area of schools and kindergartens as well as office buildings in the Rhine-Ruhr region and in the Rhine-Main region. With the support of the planning, You independently prepare tenders for the relevant trades and, in cooperation with the purchase, participate in the awards of post-contracting services. You delegate the responsibilities and responsibilities, conduct the entire project team professionally and make the necessary decisions. In the projects, together with the construction management, You monitor compliance with the costs, the quality of the construction design, the execution dates and the work safety. With continuous performance, you can count on all services with the after-contractors. Project accounting, cost control and project reporting round off your task area.

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction) or alternatively you are Bautechniker Hochbau. You have several years of professional practice in the project management for turnkey properties. Your appearance is sovereign, binding and authentic. You recognize problems and their causes at an early stage, look proactively for solutions and keep an overview even in stressful situations. The friendly, open-minded, respectful and cooperative handling of customers, colleagues and other external project participants is of course for you. Ideally, you have already gained experience in the application of LEAN-Construction Management. You have secure knowledge of building, contract and contract law as well as in correspondence according to VOB/BGB. You have German knowledge (C1) that is secure for negotiation and bring travel to the construction projects.
