Systems Engineer for Requirements Management (m/f/d)

Detection and structuring of customer and system requirements, creation and maintenance of a consistent requirements document and ensuring traceability of requirements across all levels Definition and application of formal quality criteria (fullness, clarity, consistency), implementation of reviews, inspections and audits to ensure the quality of requirements, reporting on the status and maturity of requirements Planning and moderation of validation workshops, integration of internal and external stakeholders: inside (customers, suppliers, specialist departments) Participation in project meetings, continuous prioritization of the requirements and support of project management in time and budget planning Cooperation with all project participants to ensure consistent and comprehensible requirements

Complete study of engineering (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering) or comparable technical training Multiannual experience in requirements engineering, ideally in the maritime or safety-critical environment, as well as sound knowledge of requirement management tools (e.g. DOORS, Jama, Polarion) Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and related tools (e.g. SysML, IBM Rhapsody) safe handling of ISO/IEC standards (e.g. ISO/IEC 29148, VDI 2206) and V-model or similar procedures; pronounced analytical thinking, structured functioning and high communication capability Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
