Security manager*in (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) physical object security

Development, implementation and ongoing optimization of a company-wide security strategy and the related concepts Implementation of risk analyses Analysis and processing of security incidents Planning, control and coordination of internal and external service providers Excellent analytical and conceptual skills and a high level of problem-solving competence Cooperation and coordination with other stakeholders such as risk management, continuity management, information security, fire protection Creation of reports and presentations for management Knowledge of the relevant laws, standards and frameworks, and derivation of the necessary measures Coordination, implementation and monitoring of internal audits

Completed degree of safety technology, safety management, risk management or similar Qualification in the field of security management, e.g. security engineer desirable Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge Knowledge of risk management Communication strength and experience in dealing with stakeholders at different hierarchical levels Analytical thinking and strategic vision Self-employed working and willingness to learn complete your profile High understanding and affinity for modern security technology and current information systems
