We are looking for you as Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in Düsseldorf KVNO is looking for a dedicated speaker (m/w/d) for the area of occupational health and safety, which promotes and develops the welfare of our employees with passion and expertise. As part of our team, you are the driving force in implementing a modern, holistic occupational health concept and sustainable health promotion.

Designing and securing a safe and healthy working environment: developing and implementing a comprehensive occupational safety concept and defining clear roles and responsibilities Organize and accompany instruction, training, risk assessments and necessary audits and meetings (e.g. ASA) Take over the coordination and tax of external security officers and ensure the implementation of security measures Ensure the necessary training of the various agents such as clearing aids, first aiders and safety officers Ensure complete documentation of all measures and effective communication of occupational safety within the organisation

Responsibility of the Business Integration Management (BEM): Ensure that the BEM process is implemented in compliance with the law and smoothly Support in quality assurance and offering training for the BEM officers to further optimize the process

Developing a Business Health Management (BGM): Support for BGM projects Taxes on medical services

A professionally relevant university degree (e.g. in the field of occupational health and safety, economics with a focus on health management or a comparable qualification) or a completed commercial or technical training Proof responsibility for occupational safety in the workplace Knowledge of occupational safety laws, regulations and risk assessments Multiannual experience in the implementation of occupational safety concepts and occupational integration management (BEM) Passion for health protection and a safe working environment Very good communication skills in the German language in word and writing
