As Sales Director (m/w/d) at our ConsultingCenter Schotten, you actively shape the sales orientation and customer enthusiasm. In the area of private customer consulting we are contact persons of our approx. 100,000 customers and their financial companions through all their lives. You will be given the opportunity to play a responsible role in the leadership and further development of a dedicated team. In addition, you represent the market division director. The advice and support of our customers is our heart. Together with them we discuss their needs as well as their life goals and make the advice an experience. Our aim is to establish and expand a long-term relationship with our existing customers and to establish new customer relationships. The consultant and the customer understand themselves as partners.

Sharing success together - your tasks with us: Leadership – Develop and implement target planning, concepts and guidelines, manage the consultancy center, achieve common goals and represent the market leader in the absence.
