As a staff officer*in, you are part of a 5-member team and a central contact for a defined team of employees and executives. You serve the entire staff lifecycle from entry to exit You are responsible for the collection of data for payroll accounting in Kidicap You are in direct contact with employees and executives as well as the authorities and are our expert in all labour law and collective bargaining issues in the AVR Caritas You will maintain personal data in Kidicap and Zeus At any time you have an overview of your compiled evaluations and statistics You actively support and promote the optimization and further development of our personal processes

You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification You have several years of professional experience in personnel management You bring forward experience in collective bargaining (ideally with the AVR Caritas) You have good knowledge of a staff billing and time recording program, like with Kidicap and Zeus You are characterized by an independent, responsible and service-oriented way of working, as well as a high degree of discretion and team capacity
